PASSING OF THE LATE DR. ADRIAN SIEW MING SAURAJEN

CLINIC CLOSURE

 

We are deeply saddened to inform you that Dr Adrian Siew Ming Saurajen passed away on 12 November 2025. His clinic, Beacon Medical Centre has ceased operations with effect from 17 November 2025.

 

In line with prevailing SMC guidelines and other laws and regulations in respect of personal data, and to ensure continuity of care, your medical records as well as your personal data, information, files, notes and medical history (collectively, “Data”) will continue to be kept safely.

 

To ensure a smooth continuity of your ongoing care and treatment, we will transfer your care to Dr. Lau Pang Cheng David, a senior ear, nose and throat surgeon practicing at the medical practice described below. For this purpose, we will transfer your Data which include medical information and treatment information. In these premises, please notify us at the email address given below by 11 February 2026* as to whether you object to such transfer of your Data to Dr. Lau Pang Cheng David. However, please be informed that should you object to such transfer, the continuity of your medical treatment may be adversely affected
